Ingredients

    20 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Chopped Onion
    1 Package Taco Seasoning
    Spanish Rice
    Diced Tomatoes w/Peppers and Onions
    1 Can Kidney Beans
    1 Can Black Beans
    6 oz. Baked Tostitos
    1½ Cup Shredded Mexican Cheese

Directions

Brown Ground Turkey with Onion and Taco Seasoning. Put in bottom of casserole pan sprayed with Pam. Mix cooked Spanish Rice with Tomato, Black Beans & Kidney Beans and layer on top of ground turkey in casserole dish. Crumble up Tostito's and layer on top of bean & rice mixture. Cover with shredded cheese and bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
