Ingredients

    whole wheat tortilla
    iceberg lettuce, shredded 1/2 C
    deli sliced turkey breast, lean 4 oz
    tomatoes, diced 1/4 C
    mayonnaise 1 Tbsp
    swiss cheese, 1 slices
    mustard 1 Tbsp (optional)

Directions

Spread mayo and mustard on center of tortilla
layer swiss cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes on center of tortilla leaving 1/2" to 1" space at bottom and top of tortilla
wrap bottom up toward stack and top down then wrap right side in and roll toward left until completely wrapped. Cut wrap in 1/2 through middle. Makes 2 servings
