    One lb lean ground beef
    One lb ground chicken breast
    Two eggs
    Two rice cakes (powdered in blender)
    Chili powder
    One can green chiles

Directions

Squish it all together in a bowl and fill 12 muffin cups.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 350.
