Ingredients

    1 tbsp light mayonnaise
    1 tbsp prepared spicy mustard
    1 small chopped green bell pepper
    1 tbsp chopped scallions
    1/2 stalk chopped celery
    1 large whole-wheat pita
    1 tsp black pepper
    5 oz canned light tuna in water, drained

Directions

1. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, scallions, and celery.
2. Next, mix in tuna and place in pita pocket half.
3. Add black pepper to taste.
