Introduction

This is better on the second day! I used ground chicken breast but you can use any cooked chicken breast! This is better on the second day! I used ground chicken breast but you can use any cooked chicken breast!

Ingredients


    630 gram cooked ground chicken breast approx 5 cups
    2 cups fat free sour cream
    2cups shredded cheddar cheese
    8oz can sliced jalapeno peppers
    3/10oz cans old el paso enchilada sauce
    1cup cheddar cheese

Directions

mix chicken,sour cream, 2 cups cheese, and jalapenos.
spread 1 can of sauce in bottom of 10x15 baking dish.
put heaping 1/3 cup of mixture down center of tortilla roll tightly.
put on top of sauce you can push together tightly.
cover w/ remaining sauce...I took a butter knife between them to make sure sauce got all over them.
sprinkle w/remaining one cup of cheese.
spray foil and cover cook at 350 for 35 mins take off foil cook 10 min. cool 10 min and dig in!
