Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
    8 tbsp ground ginger
    4 tsp Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic seasoning blend

Directions

in a pan warm olive oil add ginger and garlic then once the garlic has browned a little add in cooked rice. Toss to coat.
Serve warm as alone or as a side.
makes four 1/2 cup servings or eight 1/4 cup servings.
