    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans diced tomato
    1 can tomato paste
    1 onion chopped
    3 stalks celery chopped
    3 corrots chopped
    1.5 cup mushrooms chopped
    oregano and pepper to taste

Directions

saute vegetables (no oil or fat)
add seasoning
add canned tomato products
simmer
makes 12 1-cup servings
