Introduction
Modified Breadmaker Recipe. The wholemeal flour make this homemade dough really nutty and yummy. This serving size is for small pita bread size pizzas or large slices. Modified Breadmaker Recipe. Ingredients

3 tsp yeast (breadmaker or surebake)
150g white flour
300g wholemeal flour
1 tsp sugar
5 T olive oil
1 tsp salt
230 ml warm water
Directions
Put ingredients into breadmaker in order.
Put it on dough only option.
Once dough is done, put it in greased bowl and leave somewhere warm to rest for half an hour.
Shape into bases (I usually make the size pizza or smaller bases if only two of us and store the rest in fridge until needed - it lasts a couple of days)
Leave in shapes required at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Top bases with your choice of toppings and condiments.
Bake in pre-heated 220C oven for around 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
