Introduction

This is a really great recipe I got from one of my favorite food blogs, Carrots 'N' Cake. It gives the broccoli a little sweet taste and the broiling makes it nice and crunchy! Ingredients

    2 large crowns/stalks of fresh broccoli
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1 tsp splenda
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cut broccoli into florettes toss in EVOO, splenda, salt and pepper. Cover baking sheet in tin foil and spread broccoli over top. Broil on low for about 5-7 minutes until slightly brown edges appear. Enjoy!
