Introduction

My son eats adobo almost everyday! He likes it a little sweet and so I came up with this one. My son eats adobo almost everyday! He likes it a little sweet and so I came up with this one.

Ingredients

    1 lb. pork shoulber (pork butt), chopped
    1/2 cup soysauce
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 cup water
    3 tsp garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 - 3 tbsp sugar
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings

1. This is a one-pot dish. Put everything in a saucepan and let boil and simmer for 35 - 40 minutes or until tender. Serve with white rice. Rice not included in the nutritional info.
