Introduction

If you read any of my other recipies you will know that I'm lazy. This is a general recipie. I use the chocalate mix, with peanut butter and banana, or espresso mix in with smucker's sugar free caramel and chocolate drizzled on top of the whipped cream. If I run out of cottage, I add ricotta cheese...Adding the cheese adds protein and thickness--tastes just like a milkshake! Ingredients

    Toss 1 scoop of Myofusion Strawberries and Cream protein powder, along with the rest of the ingredients (minus whipped cream), and 4 cubes of ice into a blender.

Directions

Blend for 45 seconds (at least). Top with whipped cream or cool whip lite. viola!
