This is not a fancy Italian dish - It is a simple, classic tasting Lasagna. For me, it brings back all of the best memories of Sunday dinner with my family. Ingredients

1 Lb Hamburger - brown then add:
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp basil
1 1 lb can tomatoes
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
6 lasagna noodles
2 eggs - beaten
2 tbsp parsley
3 cups Ricotta
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano
1 lb mozzarella cheese, slice thinly
Directions
boil water for lasagna noodles
brown hamburgers in large frying pan then add next 5 ingredients - simmer for 30 minutes
cook and drain 6 lasagna noodles as the meat sauce cooks
combine eggs, parsley, ricotta, salt pepper and Parmesan
in 13 X 9 pan spoon a little sauce onto the bottom of the pan
then layer 1/2 noodles (3)
1/2 ricotta mixture
1/2 mozzarella cheese
repeat layers
Bake 30 min at 375
or 45 min if assembled early and refrigerated first
