Introduction

I really wanted a chocolate milkshake, but didn't want the empty calories that go with it, so I made this. It came out having the consistency of a thick milkshake and tasted like chocolate, with no added sugar or dairy! Ingredients

    4 Bananas
    1/2 pound strawberries
    1/2 large navel orange
    Cocoa powder, to taste (I used ~1/4 cup)
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1/2 tray Ice Cubes

Directions

Peel bananas and orange, remove stems/leaves from strawberries, and remove seeds from orange if there are any.

Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy your "chocolate milkshake" with a hidden serving of fruit!

Makes about 3 8oz servings.
