Ingredients

Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 6 serving (remove)
Apples, fresh, 3 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp (remove)
Butter, salted, .25 cup (remove)
*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
Brown Sugar, 2 tsp packed (remove)
Lemon juice, .25 cup (remove)
Lemon Peel, .25 tsp (remove)
*Pillsbury Pie Crusts for 9" Pie, 1 crust = 8 svgs., 8 serving (remove)
Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Peel, core and thinly slice all apples
Sprinkle lemon juice over the apples (keeps them from turning brown)
Put 2 tbl cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour and lemon peel in a bowl and mix together
Pour sugar mixture over apples and stir to coat each piece
Pour apple mixture into a deep dish pie plate lined with a pie crust
Mix brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg together
Cut in cold butter and cream cheese to make small chunks
Cover apples with the topping and bake for 60 minutes
Makes 1 9" pie (16 servings)
