Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground turkey
    1 small zuchinin, chopped
    3 med mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 sweet red pepper, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1 sm can 6.5 oz V-8; low sodium
    1 can 15.5 oz Chicken broth, low sodium

Directions

Chop Vegis and saute until crisp tender. Brown ground turkey, add dried oregano, chili powder, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder to taste. Combine vegis and meat, add V-8 and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes on low. Serve anytime. makes 8 1/2 cup servings
