Ingredients

    1lb of Ronzoni Spaghetti
    2 cans (2lbs) Tuttorosso Tomato Puree
    2tbs EVOO
    1 head of garlic
    1tbs black ground pepper
    2tbs ground basil

Directions

Spaghetti:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add spaghetti. Cook for 12 mins. Drain

Sauce:
fry garlic in 2 tbsp of EVOO on medium heat. Add black pepper and 1tbs ground basil. Cook on medium heat for 5 mins. Add both cans of Tomato Puree, add remaining 1tbs of basil and stir all ingredients together. Allow sauce to come to a boil, stir immediately. Allow flavors to sink in by cooking on medium or low. Stirring occasionally. Pour as much sauce as you'd like on pasta. Save some sauce on the side for italian bread or to add more to pasta.

Makes about 5 servings/plate-fulls

    Thanks for your recipe. It's easy to use. I don't like canned tomato puree, so I substituted with basil spaghetti sauce. Everything else was the same. - 5/11/11
