Ingredients

    2 Portabella Mushrooms
    4 teaspoons Kraft Parmesan Reduced fat Cheese
    1.5 cups Newman's Own Sockarooni Spaghetti Sauce (or something comparable)

Directions

Clean portabella mushrooms. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over them. Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Incredible!
    I had something very similar to these on a cruise. When I made this recipe, I only had Goat Cheese. They turned out so creamy and delicious that I ate them both. - 3/25/13
