Ingredients

    1/3 of contents of Portland Pie Crust Co Whole Wheat Pizza Dough package.
    1 Tbsp of minced or chopped garlic
    1 tsp of rosemary
    1/2 tsp basil
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup sliced mushrooms-crimini, portabella, porcini, etc...
    2 oz crumbled feta cheese
    1.5 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1 slice turkey bacon (chopped)


Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

roll or stretch out dough as thin as you prefer in a shape of your choice and place on baking sheet or pizza stone. Rub 1 tsp olive oil all over crust, dust with spices and garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.

Next, layer spinach and mushrooms on top of crust. Sprinkle feta and cheddar cheese and then chopped turkey bacon.

Place baking sheet or pizza stone in middle of oven and bake for approximately 10 mins, until cheese is melted and spinach is wilted.
Remove from oven, cut into 6 slices.
