Ingredients

    1 1/4 lb ground beef
    1 1/2 Tbl chili powder
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 (10ox) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 cup lowfat cheddar cheese shredded
    8 medium tortillas

Directions

Brown beef over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, drain
Add beef back to skillet and season with chili powder and cumin. Stir in spinach and salsa, health through
Remove from heat, spoon 1/2 cup mixture into the center of a warmed tortilla. Roll into a burrito.
