Introduction
This is a breakfast that I came up with when I did not have time to eat before I ran off to work. It takes me a few minutes to put together and keeps me full all morning. Ingredients

1/2 c Egg Whites
1 Green Onion Sliced
1 clove garlic (pressed)
1/4 c Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1/4 c Tomato Choppedomato
1/8 c Feta Cheese
2-3 Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
Directions
Throw all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Low calorie, low fat, and high protein breakfast! Makes 1 big serving. if this is too much reduce the egg to 1/4 cup.
I have also experimented with adding black beans and other vegetables that I might have on hand. Possibilities are endless!
