Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat yogart
    1 cup ff milk
    2 teaspoons peanut butter (natural)
    1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
    6 ice cubs

Directions

2 teaspoons whey powder may be added, but will change calorie and nutrional numbers.

Put all in blender and blend on high.
