Ingredients

    8 oz neufchatel cheese (or light cream cheese)
    4 oz. each Montchevre natural goat cheese, mediterranean herbs and garlic goat cheese (or use a 7-8 oz package of any flavor goat cheese you like.
    2 or more cloves of garlic, chopped (I used 3 for this recipe)
    2-3 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped
    1-2 TBSP fresh thyme, chopped
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Skim milk to thin the spread if needed (add a small amount at a time)

Directions

Mix all of the above ingredients, refrigerate and enjoy with dark, whole grain breads, pitas or crackers. Top with onion, cucumbers, sprouts or roasted peppers - any vegetables you like!
