    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
    2 tsp. low sodium taco seasoning
    1 cup salsa
    1 15 oz. can of black beans
    1 15 oz. can of garbanzo beans (optional)
    1 15oz. can of corn


Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add rest of ingredients and cook on high for 5 hours.

Good served with brown rice (1 cup cooked brown rice will add 170 calories).

Makes 8 1 cup servings.
