Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 medium onion ( trips)
    1 green pepper( strips)
    2 medium size tomato ( cut to wedges)
    2 eggs
    2 egg whites (mixed with eggs)

Directions

Sautee onions and peppers with olive oil.
Add tomatoes and eggs mixture.
Season to taste.
Makes 2 nice size servings

    You can prepare lecso with eggs. Nice about Hungarian cuisine that there's variety... in some part (like mine) you can ALSO do it with eggs... Good recipe. - 3/10/10
