Ingredients

garlic, garlic powder, adobo, steak, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, scallions, white rice
Directions
*London Broil, 32 oz cube into 1-in pieces
*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, thin sliced & 4 slices diced
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 4 strips - diced
Garlic, 1 cup
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
*adobo goya, 0.25 tsp
White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
in pot cook rice with 1/3 cup scallion, all diced yellow pepper, and the four slices of red pepper diced
-in deep dish pan pre heat stove at half heat; add all steak cubes, 2/3 cup of scallions, 1 cup sliced onions, 1 cup of fresh diced garlic- add water to keep from sticking
-sprinkle garlic powder and adobo over entire mixture
-place lid on pan and let cook for 5 mins
-add red pepper
-replace lid, lower flame after 2 mins to low
-cook until steak is cooked to liking
serve steak mixture over rice
serving size about 1-1/2 cup
