1.35 lbs of chicken breast tenderloins
1 pk of garlic and herb powder to season the chicken
Directions
boil the noodles in a pot of water for about 5 minutes then drain
warm up the can of diced tomatoes on the stoves for 3-4 minutes
wash and season the chicken breast and then season with the garlic and herb powder.
spray your frying pan with pam or similar cooking spray and then cook until done.
