Introduction

Ingredients

1.25 lbs. lean ground turkey
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg white
2 caps Dales Seasoning
2 caps Worchestershire
2 Tbsp. Oli Oil
1 Large Onion
6-8 Garlic Cloves
3 Green Thai Chili's
1 tsp fresh ginger
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp tumeric
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Coriander
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. All spice
2 med. tomatoes diced or 1 small diced can
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro
Directions
This recipe may look stacked but please keep the first portion is my base recipe for making turkey taste like beef. So you can use it for any recipe...meatballs to hambugers.
Mix the first eight ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Then diced up your onion, garlic cloves, ginger, and chilis and saute them in the olive oil in a large non stick skillet.
Once sauted add the meat mixture to the pan and cook through chopping it with spatula till is resembles a sloppy joes.
Then portion out all the spices into a small bowl and mix together with 1/4 cup of water and sprinkle over the meat and stir well.
Once the meat is cooked through add your tomatoes and peas stir cover and turn down to low. While you prepare your couscous, and salad.
Add the fresh cilantro to the meat right before serving.
