Introduction

Thousand island dressing and doritos add a delicious twist to this already yummy dish! Thousand island dressing and doritos add a delicious twist to this already yummy dish!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef (extra lean if possible)
    1/2 - 1 head of lettuce
    Light thousand island dressing
    Light sour cream
    Cheese (I use cheddar and jalepino jack)
    1 medium tomoto, diced
    1 small or half medium onion, diced
    Other veggies are optional as well.

Directions

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Season as desired (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.). While beef is cooking get large mixing bowl.
Chop or shred lettuce. Dice tomoto, onion and cheeses, and avacado. Add all to bowl. Add thousand island dressing. Crush doritos and add to bowl. Mix well. Top with sour cream (salsa as well if you want). Enjoy!!!!
