Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Rotini pasta, cooked
    green onions, chopped (or whatever type of onion you like)
    2 cucumbers, sliced (and peeled if you prefer)
    Grape tomatoes
    bell peppers, sliced/diced (red, orange, yellow or green - your choice)

    Simple Oil & Vinegar Dressing (see separate recipe)

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse or let cool as directed. Prepare vegetables. Prepare salad dressing. Combine ingredients in large salad bowl and chill for 1-2 hours.
