    1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab meat
    6 slices reduced calorie white bread
    3 tbsp Light Honey Mustard
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 tbsp miracle whip
    1/2 a medium yellow pepper
    3 tbsp Old Bay
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp Dried minced onion


1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Chop yellow pepper until fairly fine but not minced.

3. In a food processor or blender blend bread until crumbs are the same consistency and fine.

4. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.

5. Use a medium sized ice cream scoop and scoop crab mixture on to cookie sheet. Bake crab cakes for 8-10 minutes. Then set your oven to broil, and broil crab cakes until they are light to medium brown in color on top.

Makes 12 medium sized crab cakes. Serving size 3 cakes.
