1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of peaches, peeled, seeded, and sliced ( I use frozen, which saves alot of time)
1/2 cup of Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
1 tbsp. granulated sugar or equivalent sweetener (optional)
1/2-1 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optional)
1-2 cups of ice
Directions
This recipe makes 3 1-cup smoothies.
Add ingredients into a blender in the order given. Blend well, in a heavy duty or commercial grade blender, til mixture reaches desired consistency.
