Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag of Fresh Express Romaine Salad
    1 large tomato chopped into pieces
    1 small can of sliced black olives
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 packet Reduced Sodium Ortega taco seasoning
    1/2 bottle Kraft Catalina Free Salad Dressing
    1/3 bag of Baked Doritos
    1c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown Turkey and add taco seasoning without the water, take off stove to cool. Chop tomato into small pieces. Drain sliced black olives. Mix entire bag of lettuce, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Crush Doritos into small pieces. Add turkey. Mix Well. Add salad dressing and stir until entire salad coated lightly. Use more or less to taste. It is easier to mix in a big bowl or in two smaller bowls. Makes 8 servings.
