Ingredients

    2 pkgs of ground Buffalo meat
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. Adobo seasoning
    2 tbsp. Penzey's Chili 3000 or 9000 seasoning
    2 medium to large yellow or sweet onions, diced
    1-2 medium red bell peppers, diced
    2 tbsp. WildTree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
    2 large 28oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1 can of crushed tomatoes
    2 small or 1 large can of kidney beans
    2 small or 1 large can of black beans
    4 tbsp. Regular Chili Powder
    2 tbsp. to 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

Cook diced Onions and Peppers with 2 tbsp. of Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil. Separately cook the Buffalo with Worcestershire Sauce, Adobo and Chili 9000 seasoning.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot and cook 3-4 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low.
