Introduction

This rice is from my Mother in law, and is by far the BEST rice ever. This rice is from my Mother in law, and is by far the BEST rice ever.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    *Boullion, Tomato wChicken flavor KNORR, 1 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    *Roma tomato raw, 1 serving
    *Onion, medium, raw, .5 serving
    2 cups HOT water

Directions

Add butter to a medium sauce pan and melt over medium-medium/high heat.
While doing the above chop, onion and tomato.
Once butter is melted add onion and tomato and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add rice and cook an additional minute.
Add 2 cups HOT water then cilantro, and tomato boullion and stir.
Lower heat to low/medium and simmer covered for 25 minutes.
