    8 oz chicken
    2 cans diced or stewed tomatoes no salt
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    minced garlic
    slice zuchini squash (thin)
    fresh spinach leaves
    1.5 cups raw onions
    8 oz dry whole wheat pasta (1/2 of box)
    1/2 cup of water


cook chicken in pan sprayed with Pam, set aside.
heat oil in pan, saute garlic, onions, and zuchini til tender
add canned tomatoes, chicken and water simmer for 10 minutes, add fresh spinach simmer 5 more minutes.
serve over cooked pasta.
