Introduction

A great way to use those vegetables from the garden. Compliments any meal! A great way to use those vegetables from the garden. Compliments any meal!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups cucumbers, sliced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup banana pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/8 cup vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Cut cucumbers, onion, tomatoes, & peppers. Place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, oil & seasonings. Add the dressing to the vegetables and mix well. Serve immediately or chill.

Makes approximately 4 (1 cup) servings.
