    2-8 oz packs fat free Cream Cheese
    2-8 oz packs 1/3 less fat neufchatel Cheese
    2 packets EggBeaters Original (equivalent to two eggs)
    1 large Egg
    3/4 cup Daisy Light Sour Cream
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Graham cracker crust - Keebler Ready Crust, 10 serving


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Follow baking instructions for pie crust. (optional)

In a mixer on medium setting, beat together cream cheese, neufchatel cheese, sour cream, vanilla and sugar until well blended. Add egg beater and egg, one at a time, until blended. Pour mixture into pie crust (will look as if it will overflow). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is set. (Mine always comes out cracked and golden on the edges) Refrigerate for four hours. Serve cold and with your favorite topping.
