Ingredients

    1 medium butternut squash, sliced thinly (don't peel, just wash).
    A dab of butter on each slice.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450F. Slice squash thinly (if you make it really thin the slices are like potato chips!). Put on a baking sheet and put a dab of butter on each slice. Bake until brown, turn over and bake a few minutes longer. Makes about 3 portions, depending on the size of the squash.
