Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 tsps worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion, finely chopped (grated if kids don't like chunks)
1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning blend
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Heinz homestyle rich mushroom gravy

Directions

Combine meat, worcestershire, onion and steak seasoning in medium bowl. Score the meat to create 4 equal portions. Form each 1/4 into an oval pattie, approx 1 inch thick. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add patties to preheated pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until meat is evenly carmelized on the outside and juices run clear. Add jar of gravy to pan, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
