    2, 12-ounce cans Kirkland chicken breast
    3/4 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 cup diced apples
    1/2 cup chopped scallions (about 2)
    1/3 cup Craisins
    1 tbsp curry powder
    2 tsp (salt (optional)

Directions

Yield: 6 servings, about 1 cup each

Mix Mayonnaise, curry powder and salt. Toss in remaining ingredients.
