Very Yummy way to have a poached egg! Very Yummy way to have a poached egg!

Ingredients

    Poached Egg, 1 large
    Spinach, fresh, 3 leaf )
    *Pepperidge Farm 100% Whole Wheat Deli Flat, .5 serving
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 slice, thin/small
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product )

Directions

Start with the Deli Flat on bottom and layer everything else on top. I like to top mine with a very small amount of a strong cheese, such as Gruyer-a VERY little goes a long way!! I also top mine with some thyme leaves and chives-fresh tastes best!
The cheese is not figured into the NI!!!!
