Ingredients

    1 pint of strawberries (washed and stems removed)
    14 oz silken tofu
    5 oz orange juice (I used the calcium fortified with pulp)
    1 banana
    4 oz Drinkables Miracle Fruits of the World

Directions

Put all ingredients into the blender, and blend away! I separated the five servings into containers to store in the fridge for a quick grab and go snack/meal! Amazing nutrients for only 115 calories. Try with other fruits- fresh or frozen to mix things up!
