    1.66 c. cooked chicken breast
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. frozen, roasted corn
    28 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
    4 garlic cloves
    1 c. celery
    1 c. diced peppers
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper
    1 tsp cumin
    3 c. low sodium broth
    4 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Mix together--- low for 8 hours or high for 4 oz in crock pot.
