Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup fat free cream of chicken
    1 cup fat free cream of mushroom
    1.5 cup 2% milk
    1 family bag low fat tortilla chips, crushed
    grated cheese (low fat or no fat)

Directions

Brown turkey and drain. Add in salsa. Layer in bottom of casserole dish.

Cook cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and milk together.

Crush chips and layer on top of ground turkey mix. Pour soup mix on top evenly. Add grated cheese to preference.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    I don't understand how 1 lb of turkey should feed 10 people though?! Seems like the serving size is off. If it is not, then it is not a low calorie dish - 7/28/09
