Introduction

This is a great snack or breakfast. Good for dieting, and the family likes them too. This is a great snack or breakfast. Good for dieting, and the family likes them too.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Flour
    1 1/2 cups Quaker Instant Oats
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
    Pinch of Salt
    1 cup Applesauce (unsweetened)
    2/3 cup reduced fat milk
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Oil (I used Vegetable)
    1 Egg (large)
    1 cup firmly packed raisins

Directions

Makes about 18 Muffins or 1 loaf

Add all ingredients in large bowl. Stir. Mix will be chunky.
Fill Muffin cups 2/3 full, or loaf pan 2/3 full

Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes or until muffins feel firm. Should be a light brown on top.
