    1 can English peas
    2 boiled eggs
    2 T sweet pickle relish
    1/4 c Velveta cheese, diced finely
    2 T fat free mayonaise


Stir all together. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.

  • I remembered having this a s a child and was happy to find the recipe. I did however substitute Fat free cheddar for the cheese but it was just as good as I had remembered. - 8/13/10
