Ingredients

    2 slices Natures Own Multigrain Bread
    2.3 oz Boars Head Mesquite Turkey
    1/4 cup Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves
    3/4 tsp Butter (yes good ol fashioned butter!)
    2 Egg Whites
    1.5 slices Turkey Bacon cooked mod - use 1 slice instead
    .5 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese mod - use lowfat instead


Directions

Butter the bread slices with 1/4 tsp of butter each. Cook egg whites in small nonstick pan (I use the bottom of a 8" caphlon fritta pan) Season the egg whites with a pinch of sea salt and course ground pepper- Stick dried rosemary on exterior of sandwich bread (on the butter) Both slices - Layer cheese, bacon, spinach, egg - in that order - Top with extra slice of bread - Grill until golden brown and delish!
