Ingredients

Chicken:
*Chicken Wing, 8 wing, bone and skin removed
*Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
* Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
* Onion powder, 1 tbsp
* Flour, white, 2 cup
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Baked Potato:
* baked potato, no skin, 2 serving
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
* Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
* I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 2 serving
* *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
* *Lawry’s Season Salt, 2 tsp
* Great Value Mozzarella Cheese (shredded/part skim), 1 serving
Directions
Chicken:
Preheat oven to 375
Mix the flour, and all the spices together in a Ziploc bag. then add chicken wings that have been sprayed with butter
shake well to make sure everything is coated.
Make sure you oil the pan so the wings wont stick.
Place wings in the pan and into the oven for 40 minutes, turning them over after 20 minutes.
Baked Potatoes:
Put the baked potatoes on a microwave safe plate, cut a hole in the middle and use the potato setting on the microwave depending on how many you use 2 potatoes should be about 9 minutes.
Let them sit for 5 minutes then pop them out of the skin, mix in the sour cream, and chopped onions into a bowl.
Place the mixture into tin foil shaped into a cup and add shredded mozzarella on top
Add butter and salt to your taste.
Place into oven until cheese is melted.
