Ingredients

    Brie Cheese, 3 oz (remove)
    Swiss Cheese, 4 oz (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)
    Sake, 4 fl oz (remove)
    Lemon juice, .33 tbsp (remove)
Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp, ground or use dry mustard powder
    *Guar Gum, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions

Dice the cheeses, add to a small nonstick sauce pot and melt over a very low flame. When melted, stir to mix, and add other ingredients. Allow to simmer for 45 minutes or so - you want to marry the flavors together and allow the garlic/wine/cheese goodness to meld into a little pot of awesomeness! Can be frozen.
