Ingredients

    1 package Jell-O Cook&Serve Vanilla Pudding
    1.25 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 cup quaker instant oats
    1 cup skim milk
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    3 T cinnamon
    3 T Splenda
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    3 egg whites
    2 t vanilla

    1/4 cup water

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients, add wet, water last. Mix until doughy but like batter and serve into cupcake tins. Makes 48 small muffins. Serve with butter & powdered sugar or fruit!
